공냉식 냉각기의 기본 냉동 사이클:
증발기의 냉매는 더 따뜻한 반환수의 열을 차단하고 증기로 증발하고 마지막으로 과열 증기로 증발기를 나간다. 과열된 냉매 증기는 압축기의 흡입구로 들어갑니다. 압축기에서 냉매가 압축되어 압력과 온도가 상승합니다. 고압 및 온도의 냉매 가스는 압축기를 빠져 나와 배출 라인을 통과하여 응축기로 들어갑니다. 공랭식 응축기 코일에서 뜨거운 가스는 응축기 팬과 응축기 코일을 가로질러 끌어당겨지는 냉각기 외부 공기에 열을 제공함에 따라 튜브 내부의 액체로 응축됩니다.
The condensed liquied refrgerant then leaves the condenser and enters the expasion device.as the refrigerant passes through the expasion device, its pressure and the temperature is decreased to the point theat some of the liquid flashes to vapor. The expansion device controls the amount of fflasing in order to maintain a certain superheat to ensure no liquied droplets entor into the compressor suction.after leaving the expansion device, the refrigerant enters the evaportator and the ccle is repeated.ln order to fit almost any comfort or process cooling application–from new construction to retrofit.
